Booking & Confirmation

Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit of the total price is required. The remaining amount can be settled upon arrival in Kathmandu through cash (USD, Euro, GBP) or via Visa/Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy
If we cannot provide the trip as planned due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., landslides, flight cancellations, natural disasters), we will offer you an alternative journey of equal interest and value. If no suitable alternative is found, we will issue a refund, minus any expenses incurred up until that point. We do not offer compensation for cancellations in these cases.
Amendments to Booking
Should you need to amend your booking, we will assist you without any extra charges, ensuring that your travel experience remains smooth.
Last-Minute Bookings
We accept last-minute bookings and will do our utmost to accommodate your travel plans without any extra cost.
Safety Policy
Your safety is our top priority. We guarantee that our staff will treat you and your belongings with care. In case of adverse weather, illness, or injury, we will adjust the trip route and duration to ensure your safety.
